I am a 17 year old UK tech from Reading with a passion for doing it right the first time! I'm always asking questions and learning new skills and facts. I am currently skilled in Sound, stage patch, Lighting, Tempery power, Stage bashing, Video walls and Videography. I have been freelancing in the industry for the last year. As a full-time student, I haven't been able to get as much experience as I would have liked, but I'm focusing on my courses in college (Creative Media, Electronics and Computer Science)
This site is a less formal way I can show what I do and what I've been upto! - Its alway being updated

Hello 👋, this is my rather informal brain dump of all of my skills and training. Not really ordered by anything, more just how it came off the brain at the time of writing. Not everything here will be relevant to you, as i actually know quite a wide range of skills and information
Who am i?
I started in the theatre and production arts industry when I was 13, helping at my school's drama club doing lighting. From there ive done all sorts, which has led me to where i am now. While at school i ran the sound and lighting for over 15 shows and i still go back to help when the younger techs need extra help! From there, I've been providing cable and lights for free to the local events and productions. Now I own over 1.7km of cable and a few distros on top of the cable i make for other clients.
I started Netavl, now FaderUp, back in 2024. I provide cable-making services on eBay and my soon-to-be website. Making over 4,750m of 16A Titanex cables to date. I do a very good job and always have companies and people coming back. ive got a good intentory of cable nad plugs so can make an custon sized cable or adapter needed.
I also started NetworkGeeks all the way back in 2021, doing electronics recycling. At that point, it was just local people, whereas now I am fully licensed and have over 40 business clients and I'm starting a new scrap buyback program which should be live at the start of 2027!
i learn really quickly, so I naturally taught myself how to use and do a lot of things that I found interesting. I'm always learning new things, and I ALWAYS want to be taught or shown a new piece of equipment or how to do something new and interesting!
I won't go into too much detail here; I'll save that for below. It's split into sections, so take your pick :)
Power
I have been doing power for the last 3 years or so, learning a lot along the way. From doing small events to more recently doing larger music festivals. ive installled from a single 16a supply to 3x 300KVA Synced generators. i am always wanting to do more ald learn more and new information.
I sell a lot of 16a and powercon cables. Through FaderUp and CableUp i have made and sold over 5KM of 2.5mm and 900M of 6mm. i always make sure that I make them correctly and dont cut corners. i try and offer every type of adapter anyone would ever need.
FaderUp owns close to 1KM of 16a and a few distros, i use these to do my own installs and do my own work. every cable is H07 and was made correctly and is electrically safe.
Lighting
I have slightly less experience with lighting, but have still done a lot. i can program on Titan and on VariLite FLX boards. ive rigged scafolding, lighting and truss, also lots of staging. i have done this on a few sites with verying sizes of rig and stage

Manufacturing and repair!
I've got a very in-depth knowledge of additive and subtractive manufacturing and prototyping using 3D printers, Resin printers, Metal printers, CNC machines, Plasma cutters, MIG,TIG,ARK welding and Pick and Place machines for PCB manufacturing, and my best skill: the soldering iron! i spend many hours fixing and tinkering with lots of components.
I am able to do LED Repair, IC replacements and reprogramming, board-level troubleshooting and reverse engineering and quick diagnostics. I'm constantly disassembling things to see how they work, always have since a small child, and I always will. I've built and designed my own Voltage Modulator for a project. I designed and built the circuit board with no issues at all. Using KiCad as the PCB trace designer.
Ive repaired Robe, Martin, ADJ, Shauvet, and many other brands, also worked on a MA3 and some X32s
Ive maintained and rebuilt a CNC before, maintained the wiring loom and just done the day-to-day maintenance. I have also remanufactured 5 3D printers.
Animation, Rigging and Virtual Production
Used a lot of Unreal Engine 5 and UE4 to create animations and background scenes. whilst i know how, i havnt been able to use it on a 360° Video production set.
ive created multiple little animations and rigs and even worked on some large projects for short films and other productions.
i have also made and rigged full body tracked rigs for a short film. using Live2D and
Blender and Games Design
I have made full models and games using a mix of blender and Unreal Engine 5
